I have been doing some research on this issue.  I have noticed that with some opperating systems you must use slightly different steps to print your pictures.  If you click on the picture so that it blacks out the background and then right click on the mouse you will get the figure on a white background and then you can use 'file' and 'print'. 

In addition, you may need to check your paper size. 

What type of printer are you using?  What type of computer do you have?  What is your internet provider and which internet brouser are you using?  I have tried our product on several systems and am not encountering the problems you are having.  I would like to know what systems are having these problems so we can have our programmer resolve these issues.
