I was having a hard time getting some of the large and medium pieces to come out as different sizes.  I figured out that the computer thinks you want to see everything on the screen at once and shrinks the 'view image' version.

When you get to the album of one character and choose the size you want, you click once to put it on the screen and it blacks out everything else.  Then you right click to put it in a printable format.  If you put the cursor on the picture it will show you a normal cursor if the figure is the normal size.  If the cursor turns into a magnifying glass with a plus on it click the picture and it will make it the proper printing size and you can print it from there. 

If anyone had other problems let me know.  I bet we can figure it out!
