It is very interesting when a new and improved website happens.  There are many things that work better and some that really are a challenge.  You hope that it will get fixed fast and you want the product to do well.  I think that when we talk to each other, even when frustrated it works out for everyone. 

I have emailed Christine and found that she really wants to help us.  I'm sure it is frustrating to her, too.  I think, though, that every website that is working today was started by people who kept trying even when it was frustrating.  I know I am grateful for those people because things like email and Google and Amazon are invaluable to my daily needs. 

I am so glad that we have people working to make things like this work.  It really helps when frustrated people put their heads together.  It makes life better for everyone!
